On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table and direct access to a veranda, alongside a well-equipped kitchenette. The ground floor also features a shower room with bidet and WC. On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, offering a quiet and private retreat. The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 1 double bed and access to a private balcony, and 1 further room fitted with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, ideal for younger guests. A second shower room with bidet and WC is also located on the upper floor.

The property is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is available in the living and dining room as well as in both upper floor bedrooms, keeping the space cool during warmer months.
