âAn old property. The window was leaking water into room. There were marks of bed bugs on the sheets, even tho we did not see the bugs!đ Floor cornes were dirty and dusty. Not a four star in my opinion, too expensive for what you getâ

âEverything was new and worked like it should. The location is easily accessable by car, but IF you dont have a car this is not a good Hotel for you. There is a great winery that you can visit just 2km from the hotel called Cantina Mori Colli Zugna. Garda Lake is also near. The breakfast was OK, pretty typical but not great, you can ask for special coffees or cappucino from the personnel. Overall a great hotel where you can sleep well. âVĂ€hĂ€n etelĂ€n rantalomien meininkiĂ€. Hotelli oli siisti, vaikka heman vanhempi rakennus. MeillĂ€ oli huoneistossa ikkunat sisĂ€maahan pĂ€in, joten ei varsinaisia nĂ€ymiĂ€. Aamupala melko hyvĂ€ ja sai nauttia jĂ€rvinĂ€kymin sisĂ€llĂ€ tai ulkona. Auton parkkitalo noin 200 m pÀÀssĂ€ hotellista, mutta matkatavaroiden jĂ€ttĂ€mistĂ€ varten voi ajaa aivan hotellin eteen. Poliisi vartioi aluetta nĂ€kyvĂ€sti ja tuo turvallisen fiiliksen.â
âHotelli oli uusi ja kuviakin hienompi! Se sijaitsi rinteen pÀÀllĂ€, rauhallisella ja kauniilla alueella. Paikallista asutusta ja joitain ravintoloita lĂ€hellĂ€. Respassa kaikki eivĂ€t osanneet englantia kunnolla, mutta palvelu oli muuten hyvÀÀ! Huoneen maisema olisi voinut olla parempi eli ehdottomasti parvekkeellinen huone on parempi. Ilmastointi oli hiljainen, laadukkaat pesuaineet (ei topseja tms.) ja huoneessa jÀÀkaappi. Aamupala oli yllĂ€ttĂ€vĂ€n laaja ja tekivĂ€t tarvittaessa pyynnöstĂ€ omeletteja....
âAngenehmes Hotel, normale Preise und freundliches Personal. Als Zwischenstop sehr passend. Eine gute Pizzeria ist nur 100m entfernt, man hĂ€tte aber auch im Hotel Abendessen können.â

âVery good experience. Breakfast was excellent, despite the COVID-19 arrangements (which were understandable). Got some masks and hand disinfectant as welcome present. There was an amazing park as part of the hotel with direct access to the beach (beware of bikers though!).â
âGreat location in old town. Next to a wide selection of restaurants and the ferries. Beach and bus station (15 min) are within walking distance. Via Ponale and Bastione/Santa Barbara Church hikes start close to the hotel.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water).
