”Very disappointed with this hotel. I strongly recommend that families stay elsewhere.
We stayed for two nights, and our experience was unacceptable.
On the first night, our room was very cold. No matter how high I set the thermostat, the temperature stayed at 19°C. The heating didn't work properly, and I had to ask the front desk the next morning to adjust it manually.
The second major issue was the hot water. On the first evening, the shower water was only lukewarm. I reported the problem to...

Hotel facilities are in really poor condition. The smell of the room was terrible. There was lots of humidity and it was hard to breath inside the room. The facilities need care and a complete renovation ASAP!”

”I love the convenient air shuttle. Thing of note is that if you're coming from the airport, keep an eye out for the white vehicle with three different logos 😅 If your view is blocked, you might miss it. We didn't, but it's a possibility. Drivers were awesome. Once you're there, the front desk can book you for the shuttle going back to the airport.

”Stayed during the Jazz Fest. It was actually excellent for what we needed! The pod itself was very clean and I didn't get claustrophobic at all; the bathrooms, hit or miss depending on when they cleaned it. Super nice staff! They loaned me a phone charger too. Would definitely stay again!”
