The Great White is a superb family beach house, located within walking distance of the renowned sandy white beaches and crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay! The house is very generous in size sleeping 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, and featuring three separate living areas and two games rooms. Modern, bright and spacious, The Great White is homely and welcoming. With such proximity to beaches, guests can park the car and unwind from the moment they arrive. With two games rooms featuring darts, table tennis, air hockey and an arcade machine, kids can entertain themselves while the adults relax! With something for everyone, The Great White offers a holiday that the whole family will enjoy.

- Security surveillance cameras are located at the front door only to monitor guest numbers, if necessary.

Where will I be?

The Great White is ideally located in Vincentia where there is so much to do! Jervis Bay is well known for offering visitors a range of activities, including whale watching, swimming, snorkelling, hiking, fishing, and more! The home is located within walking distance of such beaches as Nelsons Beach, Orion Beach, Plantation Point Reserve and the White Sands Walk.

How is the property laid out?

The Great White is a two-storey home with the main living areas downstairs. Downstairs features full kitchen, dining area, casual dining area, and two living areas. One part of the garage has been converted to a games room with table tennis table, air hockey table and darts. The four bedrooms (one with ensuite) and additional bathroom is located upstairs where you will also find an additional living area with arcade machine! There are three TVs - two in the main living areas and one in the master bedroom.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

What about outdoors?

The Great White has a fenced rear garden with a good sized lawn, outdoor table and BBQ. The property is also has an outdoor shower where you can wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

The Great White has ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioner.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

The Great White supplies linen and bath towels. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels. If you are intending to use the baby cot, please bring your own sheets and blanket.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

The Great White has off-street parking for up to three cars, including one in the garage. Please do not park on the lawn. Thanks.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
