”I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

”No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon.”
