Property was exactly as described. Clean and updated was perfect stay for daughter (18) and I. We booked very last minute and were happy with this stay. We didn’t have a car but ubering everywhere was very easy and walk into Vineyard Haven if we wanted to stay in that area very pleasant one. Communication with host was excellent throughout the process. Sleeping accommodations worked well for us but know there is one king bed and one futon (which I took) but if you have four people that might be tight fit for two on futon. Well appointed kitchen. Overall a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our family of 4 (kids 5 and 7). Our kids easily slept on the double futon. Location is close to downtown and walkable, nice playground at the school just up the street. Great find!

Our recent stay at this property was truly wonderful. We found the place to be exceptionally clean and remarkably spacious, exceeding our expectations. All the advertised amenities were readily available and in excellent condition, which made our stay very comfortable.Parking was a breeze, and getting into the apartment was straightforward and hassle-free. The check-in process was seamless, and we truly appreciated the timely and efficient communication with the host throughout our stay. The location is also ideal, offering a quick and convenient drive to local attractions and the ferry. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to other guests and would definitely consider staying here again on future trips.

Excellent property!

Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there, but would definitely come back again. -Eve M

Perfect for a weekend at the Vineyard!

We had a great stay here. The apartment was private, clean, and a beautiful new space that was perfect for us and our toddler. It is a quick drive into the main town, which meant it was peaceful and quiet as we were nestled in the trees. The property manager was wonderful and so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Accommodations!

Vineyard Vacation

My family and I had a lovely time. We started with early availability of the property. The owner messaged us to say the unit was ready. When we arrived, we noticed that the unit was just as described/ pictured with so much attention to detail. The unit is color coordinated and furnished with everything needed for a great stay. The air fryer was great for quick meals so we could get back to the beach.We also loved the daily visits from the turkeys and rabbits. It is quiet and somewhat secluded yet close to everything we needed.
