”What a great place were my first thoughts when stepping in, and it stuck for the whole stay. Brakfast was fresh and with variety. Evening restaurant personnel was friendly and we got our beers and those deepfried bitterbollen quickly. The bitterbollen were excellent! Room was super clean and cozy. Only minus I had to give because some in the reception staff didn't bother to say hello or even smile back, not everyone but some. I will visit again nonetheless.”

”We had a planned 18 hour layover in Amsterdam on our way to Greece. So we wanted a place close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. The Hilton was a short (ok maybe like 6 minutes) from the airport but it was all inside as the hotel is connected to the airport terminal.
Is was easy to get to and the room was great. Amazing king size bed which is rare in Europe and we also had another adult staying with us on a pull out sofa bed which was also comfortable.

"We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several issues made our experience far below expectations for a five-star establishment.
Firstly, the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Although we were repeatedly assured it would be repaired soon, this never happened. As a result, we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every time we needed to access our room. Had we known the issue would persist, we might have requested a room change, but the lack of transparency made the situation unnecessarily frustrating.
Secondly, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On two occasions, I ordered an omelette with cheese, specifically noting that I cannot eat pork. However, the first order arrived with ham, and the second with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel, where such dietary requirements should be handled with care and attention to detail.
While we recognize there may have been positive aspects to the hotel, these significant shortcomings greatly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay."
