”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Staff cordial and friendly. Bed was very good. You can tell when a lot of improvements were made to the room.
One charming feature was the closet was located under the TV and you had to bend down to use it
Three drawbacks:
Pillows were terrible very big and hard. After the 4th night I got a crook in the neck
Also, the toilet was too low and the shower drain was not lower so the used water did not drain off quickly.”

”Although the stay was not horrible, the room was dark had to ask for additional lighting, and the air conditioning on the 2nd floor was not working in my room it cycled from air to heat. Good thing I always travel with a fan my 5-speed Woozoo. This fan saved the day.”

”Upon initial check-in, they placed us in a 1st floor room by the dining area that had an overwhelming musty-smell. The carpet was wet and there was a considerable amount of black mold growing on the ceiling. I asked for a different room and we were placed on the 4th floor. That room was acceptable, clean, smelled clean and the beds were very clean.”
