While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels).
