”The room seemed very dirty. It’s as if housekeeping came in, changed sheets, dusted the main spots, and rinsed the bathroom and sink. The linoleum floor had visible spots that were sticky, the corners of the room seemed untouched, and the bathtub could have used a real scrub. ”

”Our room was clean. However, the hotel seemed a bit rundown. We also had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. I was starting to get worried but finally someone came. I think he was the only one currently working. Also, most of the exterior doors, even though they had scanners for your key card, did not work and were propped open or did not close all the way.
Although my room locked properly, it just was a weird feeling to think that anybody could just...
