”This was a very nice, historic property. Some sections were undergoing renovation while we were there but our room seemed like it had been recently renovated. The tavern section of the hotel's restaurant had great food at a reasonable price. Our room was very spacious with a refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed from the 3rd to 4th of July and the price was very reasonable (they didn't seem to change the price because of the holiday). ”

”Boar’s Head is an iconic Charlottesville property. Is accommodations are quaint, although sone are quite dates. The food is fine but I think there are other restaurants that are better. Overall, worth the price. ”
