”The cabin is cute, but the property beside it looks down on the cabin so not much privacy or a view. There's no dishwasher, oven, or even a hair dryer here. When it rains the water turns rusty, thus is not drinkable and they don't leave bottled water for you or offer to help with that so that limits showers, toilets turned rusty, couldn't make coffee etc. The property was a little overgrown when we arrived as well. But a person came while we were there and cut the grass.”

”We stayed in the Willow Suite which is on the ground floor around the back. Very quite and relaxing space. Had coffee out back in the morning over looking the river. A very nice property. Planning a return trip to Capon Bridge in the fall and will stay here again. Ian was fantastic to deal with. Very prompt communication.”

”What an amazing property. Wildlife was abundant and you could hear birds and cows. I wish that the house had not still been set up for a wedding reception. There should be sofas in the main area for conversations when not being rented for a wedding. A set of instructions would have been helpful such as for the fireplace and how to use the oven. We figured out the latter but could not find the remote for the fireplace. It was 39 degrees one morning. These are tiny issues. Overall it was a great...

”We had a wonderful stay in the West Virginia mountains! This is such a unique and special place, with a beautiful yurt and a wood-fired sauna that made the experience even more memorable. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone...

”Very clean. Family friendly and beautiful scenery. We were only there for a 2 day weekend and didn’t get to take advantage of everything the resort offered like the pool and the grounds walking paths. I plan on returning for a longer stay in the spring/ summer. Bonus - I’m from Ohio and it doesn’t take long to get there - we can drive . The only thing- I think the restaurant is a little pricey. 38 a person for the buffet- it was good food but not 40 a person good . I’m not sure about regular...
