”POSITIVES: Wonderful pool area and versatile breakfast. Excellent service in the Sports Bar, special thanks to Jehil. Food was also very good in there. All over the staff was friendly and helpful, except in reception and breakfast restaurant. Hotel's public facilities are great. NEGATIVES: Room was freezing cold and wet. Room temperature was 18 degrees which we complained about. They rised it to 20-21 degrees and said that they can't rise it more - just live with it! And it took 48 hours that...

”Had a great stay here. From check in to check out everything was great. The staff was friendly and attentive and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the amenities. The only setback would be that it’s far from the city or any other food/malls etc. (you would have to Grab and the closest would be like 10 mins away) Also their pool and beach times close very early. ”Mövenpick offers free airport tranportation from Caticlan airport. Super polite transfer staff. The location is not on White Beach but another beach further north. That was great as White Beach seemed busy and crowded. The hotel offers hourly shuttle to DMall at White Beach till late at night. The best thing of the hotel is the dreamlike beautiful pool and beach area, the most beautiful I have ever seen. The decor - pool and beach beds, chairs and sofas are super attractive as can be seen...
