”Hotel is modern, incredibly clean, laminate floors so you dont have to worry about mystery stains. Breakfast is terrible. Literally yogurt and muffins. That's it. The bed seemed to be made of recycled dodgeballs and tires and it was on a rickety squeaky TEMU metal frame. Good luck having quiet sleep or quiet sexy times. If you can get it at a discount, go for it. Otherwise look elsewhere.”

”I chose a room with kitchenette on purpose. To my surprise there wasn’t any cups, plates, pans etc. I requested them from the hotel lobby as adviced but never got them delivered to my room.
Also do not choose this hotel unless you’re willing to listen your room neigbour’s snoring through the night.”

”After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 p.m. The room temperature was a stifling 85-90 degrees. I inquired about the reason for the high temperature, and the front desk informed me that due to low occupancy, they had turned off the air conditioning. I asked if there was a cooler room available, but unfortunately, they had none. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to end the conversation.”

”This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants.
Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ!

”The room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. The common areas were inviting and nicely decorated.
I chose the hotel because I didn’t want to go out to eat. For dinner, they were out of 3 things I tried to order. For breakfast. I was seated at a dirty table. I told the server, she said she she didn’t have time to clean it, even though there was only one other person in the restaurant.
I tried to order 2 things. They were out of both

”There is historic and there is just run down. This was just run down. We had stayed here a few years back and was fine but this time there was Black mold in shower. Advertised free breakfast, this was no longer offered. Hair dryer did not work. Walls were filthy and in need of paint. We were supposedly given a free upgrade when we checked in. I wonder what we would have received if we had not of gotten an upgrade? We do not recommend staying here again.”
