”We loved the cleanliness of the property. The inside is beautiful, and loved how it was decorated! The only drawback is that it’s very loud from traffic and outside noise even though it’s in a quiet area. You can hear everything outside all night. It seems like something isn’t insulated with windows or walls. We had to use the earplugs they provide in hotel to drown out some of the sound, and even then you can hear every car. I am extremely disappointed with both this property and its refusal to work with us on a reasonable resolution.
I booked this hotel through Expedia for my mother and aunt, who were traveling to Austin to attend a family funeral. The photos online made the property appear attractive and welcoming, but the reality of the surrounding area was very different.
