”The room was gross and unacceptable. Stains on the bed, hair in the sink, dirty bathroom countertop, and the beds were extremely hard. I was only there 10 minutes and left to stay elsewhere. ”I would give this place zero stars if I could. The room I was initially given was dirty, the sheets and blankets were visibly stained, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, Sonia, the receptionist, was rude and dismissive when I explained that the bedding was dirty, stained, and smelled bad.

”Nancy was nice. The other guy in front office (Jay-C, not sure of the spelling) he really needs to work on his attitude and customer service attributes... We stayed there 2 times before but... this time was just terrible. Initial room was beyond terrible. 2nd room, better but next day after check-in noticed a couple of dirty towels, the TV remote was falling apart and you can't turn on/off the TVs unless you go to the TV and press the button (we're in 2026, not 1980s! Don't be that cheap!)

”Check in was quick & easy & the young man on the front desk was very pleasant. I walked up the stairs to my room & let myself into the room next door to a man standing in his doorway smoking pot.
