I was born in Athens in the mid-70s and most of my earliest memories have to do with hospitality, care, and grooming. I remember the gatherings my mother used to organize every year to celebrate my father’s nameday with relatives and friends. More than fifty people came at our house to wish him, preparation of food and sweet delicacies from days before, setting the tables with "the good" tableware, extra chairs so that everyone can sit comfortably… Even in the Easter and summer holidays at my grandparents with everyone’s houses always open at all hours… the ten brothers of my father, three brothers of my mother and countless... first cousins ​…a vivid and cherished memory of my great aunt stirring slowly with a huge copper ladle the chicken soup with egg-lemon and her sister syruping the tin with the a hot sponge turned yellow from the many fresh eggs… and all together again around a big table, uncles and cousins, to bake, to raise our glasses "cheers", shoutings, laughter… In addition, our own house almost always full of relatives who came from the village to do their business in the capital… And of course, the years of my hotel studies where hospitality became a science for me… and I loved this indusrty even more… and just like that, after being in several hotels, after a marriage and 3 beautiful children, I decided to create IKIES 3 and Terra Segreda, and accommodate all my great loves: the disposition to care and my passion for architecture and design with the hope that I will be able to share these loves with you.
Terra Segreda is located in a quiet seaside area of Volos city, Alykes, in direct visual contact with the incredible landscape of Pelion and the urban fabric of the enchanting Volos city.
