”This is a wonderful property. The hosts communicated so well prior to our arrival that we easily found the property and parking. The property was spotless and the high ceilings and roof top deck made it feel very spacious. The parking spot was a great bonus too!”

”Great location that fit my needs. Nice part of Philly, ability to walk to many sights, access to good restaurants and bars, and the space was perfect. Sarai was a great communicator, and everything was as expected. ”

”This Airbnb was in a great location and served as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Otherwise, it did not feel clean- stain on the sheets, hair in the bathtub. When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb.”

”The location is great. Easily walkable. Some difficulty finding parking close but doable if you give yourself some time. The place was clean and spacious. The only specific complaint is that it was cold and the thermostat was locked. ”

”The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....
