The service was otherwise very kind and helpful, but at the reception there was an older man who were not helpful at all and when we asked nicely to have our luggage from the storage he replied that he will only give them to us if we say please. There was also a woman who came to the lobby amd wanted to see the rooftop bar and asked for directions but he did not help her and just asked what do you want to see there??

This hotel was great place and the staff was super nice and easy going. There are really nice places near by as well and easy access to tram eventhough we only used Bolt with my friend. I would go to this hotel again.

Great place to visit Plzen
Comfortable place near old city center and brewery. Breakfast was luxurious with lot to choose. Only thing I can say we did not like was view from balcony, it was inner courtyard.

Todella hyvÀ.
SÀnky oli jumalainen. En muista millo viimeks nukkunu noin hyvin. Aamiainen runsas. En oikeen osaa kritisoida mistÀÀn. TÀn ottaisin heti uudestaan jos tulisin Plzeniin. Sijainti kÀvellen 2 min panimolta ja 10 vanhakaupunki. VierestÀ ratikka.
