”The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The shuttle service e.g. to Harvard square is handy although it does not return between 3.40-6.40 pm. Breakfast is great for American standards. Extra bed in three person room was surprisingly good. Biggest problem is the bar in the middle of atrium. If your room in by that atrium hole (ours was in 11th floor), you will hear A LOT of noice.”

”The overall decor, rooftop bar + rooftop bar staff and proximity to everything to explore Boston was a 5/5. But if I’m being honest, everything else was a 2/5 or 2.5/5. Had an instance when I was waiting in line to get more toilet paper for my room and the Citizen “ambassador” made me wait longer because she saw a guest struggling with check-out even though I was next in line. The food (or at least the pizza) tasted pre-frozen and they don’t provide takeout containers for the extras. The sheets...

”Great location, next to T stop. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the valet parking meant one less thing to worry about. The twin rooms are extremely small, especially the bathroom; if you’re accustomed to the size of even a basic room, definitely check the square footage of some other rooms on offer there. No continental breakfast, but there is a restaurant onsite and other options nearby.”

”Great location, helpful & friendly staff, good breakfast & very good on-site restaurants plus many nearby dining options (of course the hotel is right near the university & it's right by Harvard Square & all of the dining & shopping to be found right there. Though the hotel was completely full (it was Harvard's reunion weekend) the hotel never felt crowded & service remained excellent. My only suggestion/request is re: the room's bedside lighting. The room had two queen-sized beds but only one...

”Stayed here for a couple of nights during the World Cup. Centrally located near MIT, about a 15 mins walk from Central subway station, we also walked into the city centre. Took about an hour but was a lovely walk. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, rooms seemed pretty sound proofed. Breakfast was decent, but felt at $25 per person, it was a bit expensive, although upon check in, we got a voucher for $32 off per day which made it pretty reasonable. Would stay again if I returned to Boston”
