"I spent two nights in this hotel after a business conferense in January 2024. Hotel is a beatuful older luxury hotel with plenty of charm and spacious rooms. The lobby bar is beautiful, but unfortunately only opened at 5pm on Friday and Saturday, which I found a little bit weird in a hotel this size. Would have also wished that the complementery waters would have been replenished while cleaning the room, I did not have any water left on sunday morning (I though they would have brought new ones like they normally do in this types of hotels). Location was great for shopping and within a confortable walking distance from the old town. Breakfast was very good."

"At the reception, I felt like I wasn't welcome. There was rubbish on the floor of the room. The soundproofing of the rooms was not good. The pillows were thin. The restaurant worked great, the service was friendly and the food was good."

"Ihan perus hyvä hotelli. Ulkoa kuului liikenteen meteliä, mutta sijainti ison ja vilkkaan tien varrella. Sijain hyvä, juna-asema lentokentälle lähellä, ostoskeskus vieressä, josta sai hyvin perus ostokset tehtyä ja mukava ostoskatu Grand-Place aukiolle. "

"I chose the hotel due to early morning flight and wasn't disappointed. The hotel shuttle took only 5 minutes to get to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the room good as well. It was a bit inconvenient, especially in the night was my roommate was asleep, that the toilet seat and the sink were in separate rooms, so I had to open more doors. The shower cabinet's floor was cracked and it's sealant didn't completely hold, but otherwise the room was good."
