When you arrive in Waikoloa Colony Villa, use the gate code sent to you to open the gates, drive to building 9 where Unit 904 is located. You can first drive up to the unit courtyard to load/unload your luggage, then find reserved parking spot right in front of the building (it says 904 Reserved 83 on the parking spot). Park your car and walk up to the front door, use the door code sent to you to open the front door.

PROPERTY OCCUPANCY IS from 4:00 pm on arrival day to 11:00 am on departure day unless alternate times have been pre-arranged.

This upscale townhouse boasts ceilings reaching 18 feet, offering an expansive and airy ambiance. With no neighbors above or below, privacy is paramount in this two-story haven. Entering the house, you will find beach gears in the hallway closet with a wide entryway where you can store your suitcases and shoes.

Step inside to discover a spacious floor plan, featuring a full kitchen will all stainless steel appliances, a great room that has two sets of sofa with lounge and the dining room. Outside of the dining area, you will find the covered lanai with dining sets, sip morning coffee or indulge in afternoon refreshments while soaking in the mesmerizing vistas of the golf course and mountains. Upstairs featuring a sprawling primary bedroom en-suite with a lavish King bed and a decadent master bath with double vanity, separated shower and bath. A separate guest bedroom and a full bathroom provide ample accommodation for the whole family.

Colony Villas offers 2 pools (one with a waterfall), a Fitness Center, hot tub spa, BBQs, tennis court, pavilion and high-speed wireless internet.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers a variety of shopping, great restaurants, water sports, and a beautiful beach all within walking distance.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gears.

Non-Smoking: we are strictly Non Smoking, this including in the unit, outside and on the lanais. There is dedicated smoking area across from Building 8 which is 2 mins walk away.

No Pets: we are pet free.

Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each upstair bathrooms.

Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.

Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.

Hot Tub: One community hot tub

Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Tennis Court: Tennis Court/pickleball court onsite on a first come, first serve basis

Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools

Washer and Dryer: in the unit on the second floor.

Cable TV: Basic Cable and Roku TV for living room. Roku TV in Master Bedroom (use Spectrum for cable) and fireTV in Guest Bedroom.

WIFI: WIFI included.

Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Our vacation rental includes a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
