”The room was listed as a two bedroom, I expected it to be a single unit but management emailed me to notify that the booking was for two separate units right next to each other. It worked out well for us because we were a group of two families. Aside from that the unit was very clean, and spacious. I loved that it was right across from the beach ! The field next to us had deer! Which was an awesome surprise! The unit came equipped with all the cooking equipment, we were able to make breakfast...

”The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails...

”The biggest issue was the confusing check-in process and inaccurate listing. The actual condo had a different name from the one shown online, and it was located at a different address than the location listed. We had to dig through Expedia messages to find the check-in instructions, and it took us nearly two hours to figure out where to go. ”Stayed in Kauhale Makai 102 for 7 nights. A few suggestions: -since it is a studio, consider upgrading the refrigerator to a quieter model that does't sound like a noisy engine running right next to you ! - the mattress needs replacing, very saggy in the middle and way too soft”

”Awesome Maui Vista is our New Home away from Home. The condo has the essentials and honestly more than we personally needed. Being able to walk across the street to Charley Young Beach was so convenient and where we spent most of our time. There are 2 shopping centers close by just a 10-15 minute walk in either direction”
