”The AC is really loud that I couldn't fall asleep at night. Also we understood it's a condo and kept quiet all the time, but the neighbors upstairs was running and jumping very early in the morning. Our ceiling was trembling....Other than the noises, we liked the beach towels and beach chairs provided.”

”In my opinion the price of the hotel does not match the value. For our trip in Hawaii this was the most expensive hotel and definitely not the best. Staff was friendly and very helpful though. ”

”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”Bonus was there were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. We only used two chairs as our family were busy snorkeling or boarding away while 1-2 sat out and rested. Clean, right down from beach park 3...stocked pantry got some add-ons and pots and pans enough to allow us making most of our meals. Great times and great communication from host. Thanks! Lucas”

”The property is just down the road from the high-end Wailea hotels and stores, but without paying the high-end Wailea room rate. Pool looked inviting although did not use on such a short stay, and the free breakfast was good with plenty of seating. Would recommend going to the Monkeypod restaurant located few hundred feet from hotel and known for unique Mai Tais. Would come here again”
