”Our family really enjoyed staying on this property. This condo had everything we needed. The AC in the master bedroom did not work for us at all during our stay, but it didn’t discomfort us at all. The property manager did come asap and try to work on it. We slept with the door open and the strong AC from the living room flowed into the bedroom. We also plugged in a small fan that was available in our room. Bugs were a problem. Even though we kept all doors and windows shut, we were swarmed...

” The place is very clean and nicely decorated. With this unit being on the top floor overlooking the courtyard and out to the ocean it made for amazing sunrises and views of whales in the bay! We cannot wait to go back again and walk the beach and see the turtles while enjoying the refreshing Maui experience. ”

”We had a great stay here. The downstairs unit has a fantastic porch with multiple sitting areas—we loved coming out in the mornings to have coffee and catch up on some work. The tall ceilings and spacious living area made it feel open and comfortable, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design to give it a true Hawaii feel.The interior spaces were done really well, and having laundry in the unit was super helpful. ”We had a great stay! View of ocean is beautiful. The layout of bedrooms was perfect for 6 of us with bunkbed for kids. Location is great to explore Maui easily. Pool is small and unheated which made it harder to utilize because we had a bit cooler weather but would be fine in warmer weather. Host checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy. ”

”Our stay at this Maui property was extremely disappointing and, at one point, unsafe. What began as a small ant issue quickly escalated into a full infestation of flying insects entering through gaps in the door where weather stripping was missing. Within hours, hundreds of bugs were covering the bed, walls, and ceiling. It was impossible to sleep in the unit, and we had to leave at 10pm to find a hotel that could fit our family of six. That last‑minute booking alone cost us more than one‑third...

”Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.”
