"The stuff was very helpful. When we got there it was after midnight we walked into the room and find earwigs all over the place and black hair everywhere. There was not much we could do at that hour then we couldn’t even change rooms for they was booked."

"Not nearly enough ice/pop/ coffee areas for free! Casino staff are friendly and helpful! Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why aren’t there are free upgrades anymore? We did enjoy the food at players lounge, but was so busy ..."
