”Check-in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am and asked if we could check in so that we could start exploring the city. The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything.”

”We enjoyed our stay at Gennoya. It was very close to the metro station and centrally located. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.”

”It was too hot because the AC was supposed to be turned on by guests. We put up with being sweaty for 6 hours until the weak AC finally worked enough. And then, the AC suddenly stopped. We tried to reset it but it never worked again. The AC, that also sprashed water, probably has a problem. We hope you would maintain the AC and wouldn't save cooling cost in shared area.”

”Ryokan Sansuiso is a great! Stayed once as a solo traveler. It felt safe and clean. I had a room with the bathroom. Tatami mats are comfortable and the a/c runs well. Second time, we had hall bathrooms, which are right around the corner. It feels like someone’s home and not hotel. It’s a home and feels like it. We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. Rooms feel cozy - can’t spread your stuff all over the place. It’s very zen feel. Spotless and housekeeping was attentive. Love the hot water for...
