”My friends and I had a great time staying at the house. We had 4 cars and we're able to fit everything in the driveway. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we were in short walking distance of a grocery store which was very convenient and helpful. Maria was an excellent host and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. We were in town for a show and it is an easy 15 minute drive to get downtown. I believe one of the beds was a king instead of a queen. You can hear people in the adjoining unit pretty easily, and I'm assuming the other way around, so that's something to keep in mind. The back yard was great for letting the dogs out, but I wouldn't leave them there unsupervised, it wouldn't take much to dig out of and a small dog could...

”We had our 2nd stay and it was just as fabulous as the 1st. Such a cute, well taken care of, home. Beautifully decorated and amazingly comfortable!! We love the front porch!! And the owners are extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!!!”

”This was all around a great experience. The check-in process was so easy and getting in and out of the property was effortless. The room itself has its own code lock making it extra secure. Even though there are other people in the house the room is very private. All the other tenants were very friendly and loved their stay as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cost-effective way to stay in a very new house in a very nice area of Raleigh.”
