"The quality inn & suites in Lufkin Texas is poorly managed and not properly cleaned up to the standards of a good hotel. I stayed recently on may 18th 2026 and found ticks in the room by the shower and when brought up they tried to just kill it and not do anything about it..watch where you book..sometimes ..."

"It was ok for the price if youâre not looking for an updated stay. Ok for work trip but wouldnât take my family to stay here. It just seems old and outdated. The beds need replaced due to sagging in the middle."
