You had to put the card in "head first" to open the door but a member of staff appeared as if by magic to let me in. Secondly I brought my own kettle because you said you didn't provide one but I'm fact a kettle was there ”

”I've stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and Travelodges this year, and a few independent hotels, but my room at Tŷ Magor beat all of them. My room was comfortable and fresh and spotlessly clean (the glass and polished metal gleaming!). The bed was comfortable (there was a sofa bed too), the pillows generous. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!”
