”A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. Tea and coffee is included in the price...

” No kettle in room or water in fridge. A kettle was delivered eventually. The pool area was looking like it needed updating, quite shabby, fixtures & fittings. The hair bobble on the key for the padlock, for the lockers, was not the best look, for a Hilton hotel. Room was very basic for the money. Staff were friendly & polite. ”

”Staff are excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was immaculate but very warm at night but I requested a fan which was immediately supplied. Only moan related to the cleanliness of the stairs to the upper floors near to the reception area. There was dried mud which had not been cleaned for a couple of days.”

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”
