Matkat – Walker Bay Nature Reserve

actually it a nice place for accomodation and nice breakfast. but they have some problems with the cafe located inside the hotel. it is an independent cafe but you eat your breakfast there, they have an agreement but there are sometimes misconnection between them. for instance, reception says breakfast starts at 7 on saturday, but the cafe staff says we just open in 7 so you can eat at 7.30. and when you ask this to reception, they say talk to them. it is not so nice. that morning we solved the problem and they quickly prepared something for me but the conversation was disappointing. also they have two elevators but one of them did not work for whole week. one day the working one also broken. so people had to climb 10-12 floors by ladders, thanks god I was at 3rd floor. if you stay more, you will probably face some issues like that but generally it was nice i think

Siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli. Aamupalan henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Keskeinen sijainti kulkemisen kannalta, mutta hieman matkaa ravintoloihin ja kauppoihin.

The hotel was modern and very nice. However the shower flooded the bathroom every time you used it. They also had a 6AM yoga class that you could hear in the room. Other than that the r property was spacious, clean, modern and safe. The check in process was a little wild. They used facial recognition each time you entered the building and had cameras watching all the halls. It was a bit Big Brother is watching you. However, we would stay again for the space, comfort, and convenience.
