”The Craven Heiffer has a warm and welcoming atmosphere - staff were professional, friendly and approachable and the service was excellent! My hotel room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had great nights sleep. I will definitely plan a return journey … the bar staff were lovely and I’d like to thank Gemma in particular ! ”

”Very nice and cosy, outside space was nice but sadly weather was too cold!
Nice and central for the local KWVR
Getting off the drive can be a little challenging when traffics busy,
Sue was lovely and we would go back again.”
”Great bed, extra pillows. Good breakfast, wish it was longer. They were pretty busy so I didn’t feel right bothering them for the WiFi password, maybe they should put it in the rooms?”
”The room was very small but very nicely set out. The bed was very comfortable and everything you needed in the room for a lovely overnight stay. The breakfast was delicious, we didn’t eat an evening meal but the bar area is really nice. Nice touch in your room were 2 vouchers for 2 half pints of Timothy Taylor’s beer. ”
