”The photo posted before we booked was a complete different room, the bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days…the water pressure barley was working and smelled like rotten sewer, was a bunch of napkins in a ball that looked wet in the window, the dresser had random belongings and clothing in them, no towels no tv like listed and the washer and dryer that was listen was apparently “in maintenance” ”

”This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It truly feels like a home away from home. So clean, so comforting, and everything worked so well. Beds were comfy, everything fully stocked. Neighborhood feels nice and safe. We are just SO pleased!! We are grateful for this place to stay!!!”

”The place was clean, completely renovated and exactly as shown in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and it had a great backyard for our dogs. The host was great at communicating and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

”This was a work trip as we had and evening Katy, TX. This was a very convenient location for us, the house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The communication was appropriate and it was equipped with everything that we needed and that was listed.”

”The house is spacious and generally in good repair. The internet is fast, the neighborhood is fine, and the house was clean and properly stocked. There were some issues though - the mattresses are quite uncomfortable, especially the master. There were air fresheners throughout, and at least one bedroom had a heavy pet odor. The grounds are in just ok shape and the yard while big is entirely empty - not a table or anything usable. All basic expectations met but with a little work could be much...

”Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. ”

”This place is nice and quiet - we needed a large kitchen and this worked out quite well! The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable! There are a few small items left (painting a few trim pieces and such) for a perfect stay. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!!”
