”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...

”Lovely hotel but our room wasn’t cleaned properly, could have done with a good freshen up , however we did see painters in so probably in process of freshening up rooms, bed was very comfortable but could have done with new pillows as they were a bit flat, Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Food was very good huge portions, freshly cooked and reasonably priced.”

”We had an amazing time at this place. Staff were really friendly, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea, great spa facilities, and the treatments were amazing. Highly recommended. Only minor issue was only one channel would work on the TV due to signal issues. A smart TV would have been good.”
