”Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things.
1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos.
2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

”Room 111. Pros: Good price. Conveniently located to highway with close proximity to food and gas choices. Well-lit parking and entry. Responsive staff to issues or concerns. Unlimited hot water and good pressure for showers. Not dirty, not spotless. Comfortable king bed. Clean linens, not plush. Ice machine fully operational.
Cons: Fire safety instructions not posted on inside of door. Door not sealed to the floor after floor renovation allowing noise and light to stream...

”The room was clean, bed ok. The breakfast was ok, I have been to better but far the most part it was adequate. No pool was a bummer. If just need a room for the night this place would do nicely.”
