”Room was clean and had everything required and plenty of room for our dog .We had breakfast at a ajoining cafe of which we were allowed to take our dog in with as which was good as we dont like our dog to be left on his own.The staff were very helpful”

”The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel decor is rather dark and dated. The lift was out of order so I had to go up 6 flights of stairs to my room. The fire/room doors do not have a soft close option so you are often disturbed. Walls are fairly thin, voices/tv can be heard through them. Breakfast was adequate, I have had better. Rooms are a good size, with plenty of towels/toilet roll (1 ply), tea and coffee. Very good size tv.”

”We recently stayed at this lovely cottage in Carlisle with my two children and had an amazing time. The place was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage had a lovely big garden with beautiful views, and there were some great walks nearby which we all enjoyed. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”
