”Swift arrival formalities. Courteous, cheerful and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel, including those seeing to the bedrooms. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast, Good parking arrangements, Departure was as swift and effortless as the arrival. It was in all aspects well up to the standard that we have come to expect from past visits. We'll be back!”

”Lovely stay breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive. Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it ”

”Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. ”Unfortunately, no A/C in room, which is not unusual, but on a very hot day for England, the bathroom towel racks were in full heat and almost boiling. Neither we nor the hotel manager could shut them off. One single fan provided little/no relief and room temp was + 30c degrees and never got to a comfortable temp overnight. ”Lovely hotel the only downside which I had not realised was breakfast started at 8 and we needed to leave at 730. The staff were lovely and provided us with cereal and milk the night before. We eat in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and the food was excellent.”

”Pub "across the road" is misleading, as it was down the way a fair bit, and the road is extremely busy and fast. The "B&B" is misleading, as there was no breakfast, just tea and biscuits in the room. The tiniest room I've ever seen, but adequate for one thin person. The bathroom sink plumbing had no mixer. The shower water went cold suddenly, but did return to very warm after a short wait. The place was clean and surprisingly quiet. The "7 minute" walk to the airport is easily twice that,...
