”The smell of urine was in the room upon arrival. We dropped our stuff and headed out to a concert right away, we were running late. We contacted Expedia when we got back to our room, they said contact the property. Expedia also tried to contact the Motel several times, and no one answered the phone after several attempts. ”The property manager, Jackie, was great. She went beyond expectations to assure us late arrival. We found the room and property a very good value to sleep and shower after a local music festival. It's your old fashion strip motel, with convenient parking right in front of your room. Our room had been recently renovated and provided everything we needed. Would stay there again. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. ”Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed.”

”Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

”I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer.
