”We aren't far from home so I didn't pack much for the kids to do. Our kids were very happy to see a video game console (old school, which kept their attention longer than even our Switch at home), many board games, kids books, legos, and even stuffies. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us plus our dogs. The beds and pull out couch are all comfortable. They provided plenty of amenities including a book with all the local favorite places. We spent hours at the beach, took lots of walks,...

”The only thing that wasn't perfect was the neighbors, complaining about everything possible and constantly calling the property manager instead of addressing us personally...Not really fit for anyone under 60 because of the area but home and view are beautiful..”

”We really loved this house. It met all our needs and then some. Very clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. We did need to contact the manager of this place and she responded immediately. Met one of the neighbors and she was very nice. We asked her for recommendations on eating places and loved the place (Titlted Hilton) she recommended. We hope to visit this place again.”

”We had a wonderful time on Orchard Island! Such a friendly area. Our trip was to see the eclipse and we were not disappointed. We would love to come back in the summer and actually use the lake! We were saddened by all the tornado damage in the area but Chris was so helpful about keeping us updated on the house and businesses in the area. We were happy to come and support the area.”

”The staff of this property was well above reproach. My daughter forgot one of her stuff animals at the site and they offered to ship it to us. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this particular cottage and we have enjoyed it so much that we will definitely be back, all the neighbors were super nice. It is definitely worth the time and energy. We spent to save it and we will definitely be back. ”

We facility was as advertised and we had clear skies to view we saw totality of the solar eclipse. It was a life changing experience. To top it off the Lady Gamecocks won the National Championship.”
