”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”Hot tub looked dirty with way too much foam. Mattresses were very soft in the middle which felt like I fell into it.”

”The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Areas were clean. The walls are VERY thin—- you can hear what’s going on in the other room. Free parking and free breakfast were the biggest draws. ”

”Rooms, overall were clean. But could use a little more attention to details. Like bathroom door could have used a simple cleaner and wipe down to rid it of hand prints, etc. Trim boards around bathroom door should have gaps and nail holes caulked. Shower head needs replacing, lots of scale and rust on it. ”
