”The hotel was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the free breakfast was nice. The only downside was the distance of the parking lot from the hotel.”

”Very disappointed in this “High End/High Priced Hilton property. The room and especially the bathroom was small. Strong odor of mildew. A/C unit did not run consistently. Wood molding around the windows was rotted out. Carpet was old, worn and stained. No refrigerator or microwave. Dinner at the restaurant was dismal. My had roasted chicken that was old and over cooked. Her MacnCheese had a funky overly sweet taste. The only thing she liked were the 3 Brussels sprouts. I had all night...

”I needed the wifi for work and it did not have ang internet connection. When the fromt desk clerk was informed, he shrug and said he did not know anything about it, Also we booked for 2 nights but the same clerk set our room keys for 1 night. We had to come back down to the front desk the get our keys reset ”

”Needed a good bed to sleep in and we rested well.”

”No door lock, toddlers feet were black bc the room was dirty, AC unit didn’t work, manger tried to take my key card after concerns and give my room away with the items still in the room. Phone in room didn’t work, the fumes of paint were nauseating ”

”Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...

”The breakfast barely had any food. No fruits(no banana, apples oranges forget the berries) no milk for cereals ,no milk at the coffee station. My first room -the water wasn’t turning on so had to ask for a different room that was located next to the air conditioning unit for the entire hotel. The night felt loud and I couldn’t sleep. Overall not a good stay. ”

”The overall appearance of the property is ok. However you can tell there are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Such as painting, replacement of furniture and fixtures. The wear and tear is definitely showing on the furniture, cabinets, tub, caulking and other areas. The auto screen darking is a big issue and very frustrating when you wear glasses and can barely see. There isn’t an option to adjust that on the TV. I greatly disapprove of this feature. ”

”Great stop on a long drive, just off I95 so very convenient. Plenty of well lit parking which was great because we arrived quite late. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and quick to get us checked in (we were exhausted). Very clean, other guests were hanging out in the lobby and it was a very nice atmosphere. Definitely felt safe.”
