Lovely hotel with lovely staff, all clean and bed was really comfortable and let down was the pillows I didn’t find them very comfy but that’s just my opinion

Was good to upgrade the room for a beach side-on very. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was very filling. We ate in the restuarant the first night and had great food. This is a basic property (Student accommodation) but it is in a great location; close to the centre but quiet. It has a kitchen, if you need it so all bases covered. Multiple buses mean getting to Brighton is quick and easy.
