”Freindly staff, room was cozy had everything that was needed although bed was a little hard for my likeing but thats just personal choice,breakfast was probly best ive had in any hotel, hotel is close to local pubs,diners infact everything ,will definetly be using again.”

I had a great one-night stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a short but very pleasant stay—I’d definitely return.

”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. ”This is a 100 yr old property that has been updated but a while ago. The rooms are small but the owner/staff was excellent and the stay was enjoyable. They included a made to order breakfast. Peterlee is a little out of the way but matched where we were going. Just stayed one night.”
”There were several family members who stayed her for a family reunion and it was perfect. Caitlin was a lovely lady who looked after us she was extremely kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The rest of the staff were just as nice and friendly. The meals were great and huge, it was a shame that we couldn't have stayed longer to try one of there roast dinners.
The rooms were spotless and very well kept. If we needed extras for our rooms we only needed to ask.
