Welcome to "Bayfront Oasis", one of a kind custom Bayfront home with panoramic views of the Barnegat Bay! Beautiful sunrises, moonrises and sunsets, directly across is the Barnegat Lighthouse, Inlet, Tice Shoal & Island Beach State Park. Half an hour from Seaside Heights boardwalk and Long Beach Island. You will enjoy Swimming, Fishing, Crabbing, and Clamming in the backyard, cooking a seafood dinner caught, not bought. Two canoes and two kayaks are included.

If you stay in this home, you will understand these words:
The Sun kissing you at your window
The water dancing in your eyes
The moon shining through the ocean
You don’t want to leave, but is time…

Open floor plan throughout your main entertaining area. Airy family room has soaring ceilings accented in wood & skylight! There are a total of three bedrooms and two upgraded full bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds. Living room has a pull out sofa.

There are endless of activities in the area. Drive up to Double Trouble State Park for great hiking trails or Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge for the area's natural beauty , venture to Barnegat Light, where you will find Barnegat Lighthouse State Park. Island Beach State Park offers one of the nicest beaches in New Jersey, while Long Beach Island is one of the most popular family vacation destinations. Head to Seaside Heights for its bustling boardwalk, or take a day trip down to Atlantic City.

Parties, outside guests, and disruptive behavior to the neighborhood is strictly forbidden. No drugs allowed, minimum age of rental is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire stay. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Half of the pictures shown were taken by guests, stay and share the fun. Water activities are at your own risk.

Absolutely beautiful location!! Everyday was a postcard picture!! So much beauty and wildlife to see .Very peaceful and quiet.The accommodations were excellent perfect fit for the location . It’s in a perfect location to either go to LBI or Island Beach State Park .

Great description that did not disappoint! Quick and reliable communication with host, Close to waterfront restaurants, clean, private, quiet, relaxing, beautiful oceanscape with sunsets and view of the light house, good fishing and fun on the kayaks. Weekend Getaway

Great location for our getaway to Waretown/Barnegat area .. We enjoyed watching the ducks from the back deck, lounging and relaxing outside, and the peacefulness of the community. The house was clean, and had every comfort of home you can think of! If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is a great spot to unwind for sure!

Wonderful!

This vacation home was an absolute dream! Waking up every morning to the serene view of the bay was a treat in itself, but having a picturesque lighthouse standing proudly across the water truly elevated the experience - a calming and beautiful spectacle to enjoy from the comfort of the spacious deck.The house was clean and the living area was comfortable and inviting for relaxing evenings. Communication with the host was excellent!

Relaxing and rejuvenating

The location was quiet and right on the water. Perfect for staying in and enjoying the view. We had a few questions and one problem (nothing serious) and Dongmei responded right away. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Great Waterfront View

Cozy and quiet neighborhood. Excellent waterfront views. Clean house and comfortable beds/bedrooms. Updated bathrooms. Furnishings could be updated as well as kitchen supplies. We had a great time with kayaks and crab cages. Super responsive owner. Hope to come back again soon!

Fish and Fun

This is the second year my family and I have rented this house. It is such a peaceful community with the best sunrises. The house is nice and cozy, and perfect for games and interacting with family and friends. Fishing from the back can be a lot of fun. Just make sure you secure your fishing poles or the fish will take them lol. I will be back every year. The owner is very polite and responsive.

Great house on the bay

We needed a place to relax for 3 nights. This house was ideal. You can see and hear the waves, which is so peaceful and relaxing. The owner provided a thoughtful bottle of wine. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed. Large wall mounted TV with cable. Very fast WiFi. It’s a 5 minute drive to food shopping , bakeries, and restaurants. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

Location, location, Location!

This Rental has a great location right on the Bay. The décor is a bit different, multiple pieces of furniture from different styles and doesn't match but was very comfy. The lighting was difficult to figure out and the outside/yard needs to be cleaned up, grass growing up in the rocks, pine needles all over the deck, the "widows walk" has a spiral staircase off the deck, but looks a bit dangerous as the lower pole at the base of the stairs was broke away and rusty.

Perfect Beach House!

Great Beach House. If you want a water front property then this is the best place. 25 minutes away from LBI which has plenty of restaurants and thigs to do. We played miniature golf there and it was a lot if fun. The host was very responsive and the house was very nice. View was absolutely amazing! We grilled in the back and had an amazing time. Just had to refill the propane which you can do from Sunoco gas station which is 3 minutes away. Sunrise is a must!! Also got fresh seafood from Ahearn's Seafood which is like 3 minutes away. 4 Minutes drive to Shoprite and 2 minutes from Walgreens which was super convenient. Over all would definitely recommend this property and would love to return next year.

AS PICTURESQUE & AS IT WAS PERFECT

A view that will take your breath away~ With wonderful Host’s whom were always quick to respond. One of the most relaxing vacations i have ever been a part of. Days spent cradled by the Adirondack, Summer sun on your skin, a feeling of peace & calm floats over you as you gaze out towards the barely visible LBI. Rippling waves lap against the dock as the occasional sea duck, swan or small water craft bob leisurely by. As promised, king beds were comfortable with towels, sheets & toiletries provided. A single mile was the only thing that lay between you, groceries, restaurants and shops. Cooking was a snap in the well appointed open concept kitchen/living room. Although a massive tv was provided for your entertainment, floor to ceiling glass windows & doors continually drew your attention to the amazing view over and over again~

A lovely waterfront escape!

Lovely space ! Panoramic view of the beautiful Barnegat bay -w direct access to the water- perfect for floating on inflatables and kayaking… to cool off if the the awesome breeze isn’t cooling you off… The grill was our friend all week enjoying delicious seafood from Aherns down the road. And hamburgers and hotdogs etc from the convenient ShopRite The Adirondack chairs provided were great but we were so happy we brought our own beach chairs and lounge chairs for relaxing options! The new pergola /deck with mesh ceiling was a wonderful new addition! A shaded comfortable space morning noon and night! The king sized beds in all 3 br’s a wonderful treat! Slept comfortably and soundly! I would recommend bringing beach towels , paper towels garbage bags ziplock bags and toilet paper. I was happy we brought our blender for frozen drinks… and also a bottle of 409 to clean up after meals… We did a lot of prep in the kitchen for our grilled meals…but had to improvise a bit because I couldn’t find measuring cups… measuring spoons or a working can opener… Wine glasses too I would recommend bringing. Again a lovely peaceful amazing stay - w the above tips - perfection!🏖️☀️

We were visiting family in New Jersey from Arizona, and this home was an absolute treasure! There were six of us, ages 17 and up, and it was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect from our busy lives. I could sit and daydream on that beautiful porch all day long! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the three bedrooms with king-sized beds made for such comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kayaks were a wonderful bonus — my boys went out on the bay every day and loved every minute of it. With my parents just 10 minutes away, we’ll definitely be back. So happy we found this little piece of paradise!

October Ocean Air

October is a perfect month as it brings slightly cooler temps and fresh air. Incredibly peaceful here! Watched the moon and sunrises on the deck. We loved it and hope to definitely return.
