”Great location and friendly staff”

”Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.”

”Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. On arrival, the staff came across as somewhat unwelcoming. At check-in, I wasn’t shown to my room and was simply pointed in the general direction. When I subsequently discovered an issue with the room and raised it, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing staff by bringing it to their attention. To their credit, the issue was eventually resolved, but the initial response left a poor...

”The suite we had was very comfortable and the bed was probably the best I have ever slept in, in a hotel. The view of the River Avon and the weir was beautiful.”

”I liked everything, from the delicious breakfasts, to the quaintness and lovely private patio in the back. It is right in the middle of everything going on in Stow; yet you can have a relaxed glass of wine in the back and get away from it all. And the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in you enjoying your stay!”

”The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes.”

”For a simple stay over this is an excellent pub with rooms, nothing fancy but very welcoming. all rooms basic but en suite and have all that is required for a simple stay. In the bar/restaurant the food is good and the beer is as well. Wi Fi available throughout but can be a little patchy in the bedrooms. Breakfast is cooked to order with good fresh ingredients and is first rate. I stay here frequently and will continue to do so.”

”We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally.
