I wouldn’t walk on it without my shoes on. The toilet seat was falling off and there was no toilet paper(or even a dispenser) anywhere in the room. The dressers were in horrible shape, like ones people put in their yards with a free sign. There was no soap or tissues anywhere in the room. The wall mounted air conditioner was...

”The front desk manager literally stopped talking to her client to yell at me when asking about early check in. The woman helping me was mortified and admitted she’s seen that behavior before. The shower leaked. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom light switch is in the living area not in the bathroom. Very poor lighting dark and dreary. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and...
