”The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. ”1st they cancelled my room and did not call as they said my card declined which when I called Amex said it did not. I was fortunate that my niece was staying here as well so I just stayed with here because they gave my room away. I did not have another option at the moment. The hotel is very rundown wallpaper and paint peeling. Spots on the rug's towels were clean but old and raggy. I'm not even sure how this place was sold out. Also, a one-night stay was $198.00!!!!!”
