”Was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a suite which was excellent except it had steep stairs and I was travelling with an elderly person. Loved the upgrade but should have been told at the time about the stairs. Was ok, we made it work. Beach area is lovely with a very large clear view of the lake, very quiet and very much enjoyed sunrise and sunset sitting on Muskoka chairs on the dock. Could do a better job of removing spider webs at beach house entrance, and the weeds and bird...
