”The Elm City Hotel is a great value in Keene. Rooms are modern and clean with very comfortable beds and nice amenities. The breakfast on Sunday was great, and it was "okay" on Monday. Sunday's breakfast included real eggs and sausage, while Monday's breakfast was egg product patties and dried-up frozen sausage. Still, decent breakfast offerings at this price point. The staff is very kind and helpful. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area.”

”Basically everything couldn't use the swimming pool no luck on the back door to get in with the room card the food at the buffet was terrible room service knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. in the morning would not recommend”

”The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the bathroom- no safety rails in the shower,very awkward positioning of the toilet paper holder over one's left shoulder, and one must step up into both the bathroom and the very small shower without any handles to hold on to. This is a very old inn and the wood floors are uneven . In my opinion, room #1 is not suitable for senior citizens.”

”I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!”

”The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

”Quaint stay in Springfield, VT in a 1904 built mansion which is a National Historic Landmark. Wonderful room in the attached hotel adjacent to the mansion. The rooms were beautiful and the mansion itself had a coffee & drink station in a beautiful reading room complete with grand piano, 1920s-era music, and a library. The property is quiet but close to the downtown. It's a 12 minute walk to the downtown area. The Copper Fox is a must try restaurant. The atmosphere and experience can't be beat....
